Rob Appeared to me as a giant of a man. He was larger than life with a dry sense of humour and an infectious laugh, particularly when telling his one line jokes.
He was a lovely gentle man and the mainstay of our golfing group for many years. It was a privilege to have know him and I will miss him greatly.

Rob, I can’t put into words how proud and privileged I am to be able to call you my brother, and will always will be. Taken from us far too early, the world is worse off without you in it.
